Agreement to these terms

This website, drbaradaranperiodontist.com, is operated by Dr. Sharyar Baradaran, DDS, MS, a periodontal practice located at 120 S. Spalding Drive, Suite 201, Beverly Hills, CA 90212. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site, you're always welcome to call the office directly instead at (310) 903-7674.

This site is educational, not medical advice

The service descriptions, blog posts, FAQ answers, and any response you receive through the “Ask Dr. B” form are provided for general informational purposes only. They are not a diagnosis, not a treatment plan, and not a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified periodontist or physician. Submitting a form on this site, or receiving a reply to one, does not create a doctor-patient relationship, that relationship begins at an actual appointment. Every patient and every case is different. What applies to one person's gum disease, implant, or grafting case may not apply to yours.

If you are having a dental or medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not wait on a website form or an email reply.

Appointment and consultation requests

The consultation form, the callback request, and the “Ask Dr. B” form each send a request to our office, they do not book a confirmed appointment by themselves. Dr. Baradaran's office reviews each request and follows up, typically within one business day for consultation requests and within 24 hours (Monday through Friday) for Ask Dr. B questions, to confirm an actual appointment time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please call the office directly at (310) 903-7674 rather than submitting a new form.

Insurance and cost information

Any mention on this site of accepted insurance plans or financing options is general information, not a guarantee of coverage or cost for your specific case. Please confirm your actual coverage, out-of-pocket cost, and financing options directly with our office and your insurance provider before treatment.

Reviews, testimonials, and before & after photos

Review counts and star ratings shown on this site reflect real patient reviews left on Google, Yelp, Healthgrades, and Zocdoc. Before-and-after photos on our Gallery and Before & After pages show real results from actual patients. Individual results vary based on your own anatomy, health, and treatment plan. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular outcome for you.

Site content and ownership

The text, photos, and graphics on this website belong to Dr. Sharyar Baradaran, DDS, MS, unless otherwise noted, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use while browsing the site. Please don't copy, republish, or reuse our photos or written content, including patient before-and-after photos, without asking us first.

Third-party links and services

This site links out to services we don't control, including Google Maps, Yelp, Healthgrades, Zocdoc, and Instagram, and uses Google Analytics and Google Search Console in the background (see our Privacy Policyfor detail). We aren't responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site we link to.

No warranty, and the limits of what we're responsible for

We keep this site up to date as best we can, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free, or perfectly current, prices, insurance participation, and provider availability can all change. To the extent the law allows, Dr. Sharyar Baradaran, DDS, MS is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under California law that can't be waived.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute relating to this website is subject to the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of this website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
